Warns of the potential for cylinder rupture due to sea water corrosion in oxygen cylinders. Also provides recommendations to gas fillers for prefill inspection and testing to determine if the cylinder has been contaminated with sea water. Lastly, provides recommendations on how to avoid sea water contamination.
