Establishes the value of the basic module, represented by the letter M, for use in modular coordination of buildings. Applies to the design and construction of buildings of all types in accordance with the principles and rules of modular coordination laid down in ISO 2848. The international standardized value of the basic module is 1 M = 100 mm.
