Installation of Stainless Chromium-Nickel Steel and Nickel-Alloy Roll-Bonded and Explosion-Bonded Clad Plate in Air Pollution Control Equipment
This standard provides technical and quality assurance guidelines for the fabrication, welding, and installation of stainless chromium-nickel steel and nickel-alloy roll-bonded and explosion-bonded clad plate conforming to ASTM(1) A 2641 or A 2652 in air pollution control equipment. Included are flue gas desulfurization (FGD) absorbers, ducts, stacks, and other process equipment. It is intended to be the basis for preparation of a specification to be agreed on by contracting parties.
