Model Barrier Code for Residential Swimming Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs

Establishes layers of protection for young children, five years of age or younger, against the potential for drowning and near drowning in residential swimming pools, spas and hot tubs by limiting or delaying their access to swimming pools, spas and hot tubs.
