CGA Position Statement on the Location of Pressure Relief Devices in Small Acetylene Cylinders

This position statement describes CGA’s position on the location of pressure relief devices in small acetylene cylinders. This publication provides an explanation of why the CGA does not recommend moving the pressure relief devices on MC and B cylinders from the cylinder valve to the cylinder shell.
