Evaluating Wiping Materials Used in Cleanrooms and Other Controlled Environments
This Recommended Practice (RP) describes methods for testing wipers used in cleanrooms and other controlled environments for characteristics related to inherent wiper cleanliness and function. Appendix A provides additional guidance based on common usage and collective experience, including a table to assist users in selecting wipers that may be suitable for certain applications or environments.
