SAE COMVEC Conference to Highlight Workforces in the Digital World

SAE International's COMVEC, a North American forum that addresses vehicles and equipment, will highlight a session, "Workforce in Digital World," on September 15, 2021, as part of the technical session conference lineup, as part of the conference in Rosemont, IL.

Companies face the challenge of building a digitally-enabled workforce for the 21st century. This challenge has been amplified by the onset of the COVID pandemic affecting all members of the COMVEC community and the requirement to leverage technology to maintain profitable operations. This panel will discuss how organizations address these challenges, including through upskilling/reskilling teams, rescaling the workforce, and providing insight how organizations managed COVID with an "at home" workforce.
