Methods of Testing Performance of Laboratory Fume Hoods

This method of testing applies to conventional, bypass, auxiliary air, and variable-air-volume (VAV) laboratory fume hoods. This standard is intended primarily for laboratory and factory testing but may be used as an aid in evaluating installed performance as well.
