ASME-ITI Risk Analysis 2010

A Risk Analysis Standard for Natural and Man-Made Hazards to Higher Education Institutions

The voluntary Standard provides a consistent and technically sound methodology to identify, analyze, quantify, and communicate asset characteristics, vulnerabilities to natural and man-made hazards, and consequences of these hazards on the campuses of colleges and universities. Human life is the most important asset that a higher education institution has and the analysis includes risks to human life and well-being as well as risks to facilities and infrastructure. This Standard emphasizes operational hazards which could impact an institution.
