The ISO 11568 - Banking Key Management Package specifies the principles to manage keys used in cryptosystems within the retail banking environment. The requirements to manage keys and the life cycle for symmetric ciphers and asymmetric cryptosystems are also addressed. The package also includes the ANSI-BBB IDSP Final Report that helps to arm businesses, government agencies, and other organizations with the tools needed to protect themselves and their customers against the theft and misuse of personal and financial information.
