Addresses the construction, operation, inspection, and maintenance of rotorcraft used to handle suspended loads. Applies to the protection of ground personnel working directly with or in the vicinity of rotorcraft using a cargo sling or powered hoist, or other attaching means, to lift, carry, pull, or tow a jettisonable load outside of the rotorcraft airframe.
