Standard for fittings for compressed hydrogen gas and hydrogen rich gas mixtures
Preface This publication represents a standard for safe operation, substantial and durable construction and performance testing of fittings used with compressed hydrogen gas and hydrogen rich gas mixtures, within limitations given below and in the scope of this standard. Scope This Standard specifies uniform methods for testing and evaluating the performance of fittings, including connectors and stud ends for ports, used with compressed hydrogen gas and hydrogen rich gas mixtures. This Standard does not include quick action couplings, flanges, or welded joints.
