Adhesive bonding technology - Quality requirements for adhesive bonding processes - Part 1: Adhesive bonding process chain

DIN 2304-1 specifies requirements for the high-quality design and workmanship of structural, i.e. loadbearing, adhesive bonds, covering all steps of the adhesive bonding process chain, from design to manufacturing and maintenance. The standard explains general basics of organizing, contracting and manufacturing of adhesive bonds. Furthermore it specifies safety classes into which the bonds covered in this standard are to be classified. The content of this standard applies to all adhesive classes, material combinations and all industrial sectors of joining technology.
