Life Testing of Single-Ended Compact Fluorescent Lamps

This approved method describes the procedures by which compact fluorescent lamps can be operated under controlled conditions to obtain optimally comparable data on individual lamp life, changes in light output, and other parameters that vary during the life of the lamp. These lamps may be operated on external auxiliary devices or may have an integrated ballast.
