NTCIP 1203 v03 includes requirements for NTCIP 1203 v03 defines the user needs and features, functional requirements, and standardized design elements for DMS (larger signs often seen along highways that display different messages). NTCIP 1203 v03 also includes a complete suite of Systems Engineering elements: User Needs, Functional Requirements, a Protocol Requirements List (PRL), standardized data exchange dialogs, the markup language MULTI, and a Requirements Traceability Matrix. Most significantly, NTCIP 1203 v03 now includes standardized test procedures.
