Standard Methods of Measuring and Expressing Building Energy Performance

Provides a consistent method of measuring and expressing the energy performance of buildings and acts as an aid in the formation of a building energy performance database by establishing minimum requirements for a database used in establishing energy performance standards. Intended to foster a commonality of reporting the energy performance of existing or proposed buildings to facilitate comparison, design and operation improvements and development of building energy performance standards. Dual units of measurement.
