Machine foundations; rigid foundations for machinery with periodic excitation (FOREIGN STANDARD)

This standard applies to reinforced concrete or steel constructions which are used as block or hollow body (box) for the support, anchoring and foundation of machines. The standard specifies requirements for supporting constructions of this kind to prevent unacceptable vibrations and damages to the machines due to static or dynamic stresses and to avoid undesired vibrations in the surroundings.
