Ergonomics of human-system interaction - Part 110: Interaction principles (ISO 9241-110:2020)

This document describes the principles of interaction between a user and a system in a general form (i.e. regardless of user situations, application, environment or technology). This document provides a framework for the application of these interaction principles and the general design recommendations for interactive systems. While this document is applicable to all types of interactive systems, it does not cover the specificities of each application area (e.B. safety-critical systems, group work, AI functions).
