ICBO, the International Conference of Building Officials, was founded in 1922 and is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan. Founded as the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference, ICBO has published the Uniform Building Code (between 1927 and 1997) and other related documents. ICBO codes have been superseded by the International Code Council (ICC) codes.
