Standard Test Method for Ash in Wood
1.1 This test method covers the determination of ash, expressed as the percentage of residue remaining after dry oxidation (oxidation at 580 to 600°C), of wood or wood products.
1.2 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of whoever uses ths standard to consult and establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
