Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design (MECOD)

Describes the ordering and design guidelines for establising an access service that transverses multiple Exchange Carriers within a LATA. The MECOD describes the coordination functions and responsibilities of the Access Provider (AP) performing the Access Service Coordination.
