Modular Communications Interface for Thermostat Message Set

This specification is an extension of the ANSI/CEA-2045 Modular Communications Interface (MCI) for Energy Management standard. This specification supports the following features: cycling based control, temperature based control, and programming and reading of thermostat configuration items.
