Determining noise rating levels from measured data - Part 1: Environmental noise


The document specifies the method for the determination of rating levels from data obtained by noise immission measurements in the neighbourhood. Rating levels are used for the evaluation of noise impact, particularly by relating them to orientation values for immission, which are established in legislation or guidelines. The document can be applied to any kind of noise, if no contradicting specifications are given in the relevant regulations (legislation or other).
