Fuels for vegetable oil compatible combustion engines - Fuel from rapeseed oil - Requirements and test methods (Foreign Standard)


This document specifies the properties and limit values for the use of rapeseed oil as fuel for vegetable oil compatible combustion engines, together with the methods to be applied to testing with regard to these properties.*This document has been prepared by Committee NA 062-06-32-02 UA "Prnfung von Raps÷l als Kraftstoff fnr pflanzen÷ltaugliche Motoren" ("Testing of rapeseed oil as fuel for vegetable oil compatible combustion engines") of the Standardization Committee for petroleum, fuels, lubricants and related products (FAM) of the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP). This document specifies the properties and limit values for the use of rapeseed oil as fuel for vegetable oil compatible combustion engines, together with the methods to be applied for testing with regard to these properties. The use of rapeseed oil defined in this standard as fuel is only permitted in vegetable oil compatible combustion engines.
