Rolling bearings - Radial deep groove ball bearings - Part 3: Double row

This standard specifies the dimensions and the designations for double row radial deep groove ball bearings. In consideration of the general plan of boundary dimensions stated in DIN 616 it offers an adjusted selection of radial deep groove ball bearings of this construction for the practical requirements of the user.*This standard has been prepared by the Rolling Bearings and Plain Bearings Standards Committee, Working Committee NA 118-01-02 AA "Kugellager und Spannlager einschließlich Teile, allgemeines Wälzlagerzubehör und Gehäuse" ("Ball bearings and inside bearings, including parts, general rolling bearings accessories and housings"). This standard specifies dimensions and symbols for double row deep groove ball bearings. In consideration of the general plan of boundary dimensions stated in DIN 616, it offers a selection of deep groove ball bearings of this construction adjusted to the practical needs of the users. With respect to DIN 625-3:1990-03, the standard has been completely revised, the diameter series 3 for d = 65 mm, d = 70 mm and d = 75 mm has been newly added to Table 1, the diameter series 2 for d = 100 has been added to Table 1, the figures relating to mass have been deleted in Table 1 and the normative references have been updated.
