Specification of technical delivery conditions for non-alloy steel pipes of a basic quality with requirements reduced in comparison with prEN 16208-2 regarding number of steel grades, chemical composition, manufacture of pipes, mechanical requirements (above all with regard to the toughness), acceptable hight of the weld seam, disposition of defects, inspection and testing in comparable to that specified in the main part of API 5L.
