Food processing machinery - Vegetable cutting machines - Safety and hygiene requirements (Foreign Standard)

This document applies for vegetable cutting machines, which are mainly used in the catering industry. It covers the three types of machines: 1st with rotating cutting devices, 2nd with rotary drum and 3rd with reciprocating cutters. Domestic machines are not covered by this standard.
