Dieses Dokument gibt eine Reihe von Leitlinien für Hebe- und Bewegungsvorgänge im Zusammenhang mit Maschinen und maschinentechnischen Einrichtungen, die in Veranstaltungs- und Produktionseinrichtungen eingesetzt werden. Im Sinne dieses Dokuments gibt es keinen Unterschied zwischen Rigging, wie es in der Veranstaltungsbranche bekannt ist, und Hebe- und Bewegungsvorgängen in Theatern. Solche Einrichtungen können, aber nicht ausschließlich, Theater, Mehrzweckhallen, Studios, Produktionsstätten für Film, Fernsehen oder Rundfunk, Konzerthallen, Kongresszentren, Schulen, Ausstellungszentren, Messezentren, Museen, Diskotheken, Vergnügungsparks, Sportanlagen und Open-Air-Theater sein. Veranstaltungen sind z. B. Konzerte, Shows, Kongresse, Ausstellungen, Präsentationen, Vorführungen, Film- oder Fernsehaufnahmen usw. Dieses Dokument deckt die Verwendung von Maschinen ab, die in der Veranstaltungsbranche eingesetzt werden, einschließlich der Maschinen, die in Buchstabe j Artikel 1.2 der Maschinenrichtlinie (2006/42/EG) definiert sind: "Maschinen zur Beförderung von Darstellern während künstlerischer Vorführungen". Im Sinne dieses Dokuments sind maschinentechnische Einrichtungen alle technischen Einrichtungen und Ausrüstungen, die für den Betrieb von Bühnen und Produktionsstätten in der Veranstaltungsbranche verwendet werden. Solche Anlagen werden zum Heben, Senken, Aufhängen und Bewegen von Lasten verwendet,zu denen unter anderem, aber nicht ausschließlich, Kulissen oder Gegenstände, Traversensysteme, Beleuchtungs-, audiovisuelle und Tonanlagen oder Darsteller gehören können. Zu den typischen Hebe- und Bewegungsvorgängen gehören u. a.: -Auditoriumsaufzüge; - Ausgleichsaufzüge; - Prospektzüge (manuell und motorisch angetrieben); - Beleuchtungszüge; - bewegliche Beleuchtungstürme; - bewegliche Bühnenpodeste (Bühnenwagen); - bewegliche Proszeniumsbögen; - Orchesteraufzüge; - Punktzüge; - Kettenzüge - Projektionswände (manu..( text verkürztes wegen der Zeichenzählung)
