Industrial valves - Marking of metallic valves (FOREIGN STANDARD)
The document specifies the mandatory and supplementary marking of industrial valves an states the manner of applying the markings, on the body, on a flange on an identification plate or any other location. This standard has to be considered in conjunction with the specific requirements of the relevant valve product or performance standard or any requirements which may be agreed between the manufacturer and the purchaser. The marking requirements for plastic valves are not within the scope of this standard.
