Dieses Dokument gilt für alle digitalen Transaktionen, die gesetzlichen oder sonstigen Dokumentations , Aufbewahrungs und Nachweispflichten unterliegen, für die damit ein ordnungsgemäßes Records Management sowie Beweiswerterhaltung nach dem Stand der Technik erforderlich ist und die mit Blockchain/DLT abgebildet werden sollen.
