Starches and derived products -- Determination of sulfur dioxide content -- Acidimetric method and nephelometric method
Entrainment in a current of nitrogen of the gas extracted from the acidified and heated product, and fixing and oxidation of the gas by bubbling through a dilute solution of neutral hydrogen peroxid. Titration of the sulphuric acid formed with standard volumetric sodium hydroxide solution of nephelometric determination in the case of low contents.
