Water quality - Detection and enumeration of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by membrane filtration (FOREIGN STANDARD)

The document describes a microbiological method for the estimation of the numbers of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in natural mineral water for drinking purpose. The water sample is filtered through a defined membrane filter. The filter will be cultured and the number of the characteristic bacteria colonies will be counted.
