Building hardware - Hardware for windows and door-height windows - Requirements and test methods - Part 3: Handles, primarily for Tilt and Turn, Tilt-First and Turn-Only hardware

This part of the series of standards EN 13126 creates the requirements and test processes for the permanent functionality, strength, protective effect and functionality of activity handles. This document applies to rotary tilt, tipping and rotating fittings for use in windows and window doors. Activation handles can also be used for other types of opening, e.g. B. can be used for inline sliding windows, tipping slide windows, folding slide star, swing wing windows and reversible wing windows. This document is not applicable to: a) actuating devices and door pressers for door traps or locks (see instead EN 1906); b) Petrification handles with a handle length> 170 mm (see Figure B.1).
