Fat and oil derivatives - Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME) - Determination of sodium content by atomic absorption spectrometry (Austrian Standard)
The document is based on the mandate M/245 on the elaboration of standards covering minimum requirement specifications including test methods for fatty acid methylester, as fuel for diesel engines and space heating. The standardisation work has been allocated to CEN/TC 19 (specifications) and CEN/TC 307 (methods of analysis). EN 14108 specifies a method for the determination of sodium content of fatty acid methylesters.
