Pedestrian doorsets, windows, curtain walling, grilles and shutters - Burglar resistance - Requirements and classification

This document specifies the requirements and classification of the burglar-resistant properties of door elements, windows, curtain walls, lattice elements and closures. It applies to the following opening functions: turning, tilting, folding, tilting, swinging, sliding (horizontal and vertical), swivelling (horizontal and vertical), protrusion and rolling, and non-openable constructions. The document also covers products that contain elements such as letter flaps or ventilation grilles. It specifies requirements for the burglar resistance of a construction product (according to 3.1 of this document). This document does not directly address the resistance of locks and lock cylinders to attacks with locking tools (picking).
