Gas-fired overhead radiant tube heaters and radiant tube heater systems for non-domestic use - Safety and energy efficiency

This document lays down the requirements and test procedures for the construction, safety, classification, marking and efficiency of gas-fired dark spotlights with a burner or multi-burner systems for commercial and industrial applications (referred to in the main text as "devices" or "systems") in which each torch unit is controlled by a gas firing machine. For dark spotlights with a single torch, this standard applies to device types A2, A3, B12, B13, B22, B23, B42, B43, B52, B53, C12, C13, C32, C33, C52 and C53 for use in commercial and industrial buildings where the supply of combustion air and/or the discharge of combustion products is carried out by a flow protection (if any).
