Risk management for organizations and systems - Part 2: Guidelines for the integration of risk management into the general management system (FOREIGN STANDARD)
Damit Organisationen über ein wirksames Risikomanagement verfügen, muss der Risikomanagement-Prozess in Wechselwirkung mit den übrigen Prozessen der Organisation stehen wie zB mit dem Strategie- und Planungsprozess, mit dem Produkt- und Dienstleistungs-Realisierungsprozess bzw. mit dem Projektmanagement-Prozess. Der prozessorientierte Ansatz von ISO 9000 ist geeignet, die Wechselwirkungen zwischen den übrigen Prozessen und dem Risikomanagement-Prozess zu erkennen und darzustellen. Damit wird die Verträglichkeit des Risikomanagements mit Managementsystemen, die auf ISO 9000, ISO 9001 und ISO 9004 aufbauen, zum Vorteil der Anwender sichergestellt. In Organisationen (zB Klein- und Mittelbetriebe), die über kein formalisiertes Managementsystem verfügen, kann das Risikomanagement-System als selbständiges Managementsystem eingesetzt werden.Providing organizations with effective risk management requires that the risk management process interacts with the other processes of the organization, e.g. the strategy and planning process, the product and service implementation process and the project management process. The process-oriented approach of ISO 9000 is suitable for identifying and presenting the interactions between the risk management process and other processes. Organizations (e.g. small and medium-sized enterprises) that do not have a formal management system may establish a risk management system as a separate management system.
