PLASTICS: The Plastics Industry Association

PLASTICS, the Plastics Industry Association, founded in 1937 as the Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI), is a nonprofit active in monitoring and developing codes and standards for the plastics industry. They represent the entire supply chain for the plastics industry: from processors, recyclers, and suppliers; to equipment and machinery manufacturers; and brand owners. For the advancement of the industry and their members, PLASTICS hosts an international trade show, NPE, to educate and spread information about new developments in the field. Standards from PLASTICS are available both individually, directly through the ANSI webstore, and as part of a Standards Subscription. If you or your organization are interested in easy, managed, online access to standards that can be shared, a Standards Subscription may be what you need - please contact us at: StandardsSubscriptions@ansi.org or 1-212-642-4980 or Request Proposal Price.
