Methods of Nuclear Material Control - Guide for Qualification and Certification of Safeguards and Security Personnel
This guide explains the use of a systematic approach to training (SAT) for safeguards and security (S&S) personnel. The training program recommendations define the appropriate methodologies to analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate an S&S qualification program. It includes identifying and developing the knowledge and/or skill set that an individual should possess and demonstrate. The guide integrates terminology and the performance of job/task/needs analysis with training requirements to provide guidelines for facilities and organizations to develop and maintain qualification and certification of personnel performing S&S tasks or functions.
