This test method covers obtaining, preparing, and testing specimens of hardened, lightweight, insulating concrete having an oven-dry weight not exceeding 50 lb/ft (800 kg/m ). 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. 1.3 This standard may involve hazardous materials, operations, and equipment.
