Standard for Inspection and Correct Installation of Internal Relief Device Elbows in Tubes - First Edition

(Formerly TB-23) This publication provides inspection criteria to determine whether elbows that are part of internal relief devices (in-tube devices) can be used safely. It also provides details on the correct installation of replacement elbows.
