This guideline describes requirements on central air-conditioning-systems and is focused on structural and technical requirements. In the new version of this guideline, the new international standards are taken into account and aspects of energy efficiency take a bigger part into this new version. The requirements for technique centres are no longer part of this guideline, to this see VDI 2050.
