The ISO 12812 - Mobile Financial Services Package provides the general framework for mobile financial services accessed through mobile devices including mobile proximate payments and mobile remote payments. It also establishes a minimum set of security requirements, recommended cryptographic protocols, and mechanisms for mobile device security and data protection. In addition, the ISO 12812 - Mobile Financial Services Package establishes methods to for the lifecycle management of mobile software, data, and applications.
