American National Standard for Optics and Electro-Optical Instruments – Preparation of drawings for optical elements and systems – Part 5: Surface form tolerances
This part of ANSI/OEOSC/ISO 10110 applies to surfaces of plano, spherical, aspheric, circular and non-circular cylindrical, and toric form as well as to surfaces of other non-spherical shape such as generally described surfaces. It does not apply to diffractive surfaces, Fresnel surfaces, and micro-optical surfaces. Minor changes such as conversion of spellings from ISO British English to American English and replacement of the decimal comma with the decimal point, have been made to the ISO version to facilitate use by American readers. This Standard was processed and approved for submittal to ANSI by the Accredited Standards Committee on Optics (ASC OP) under the administrative guidance of the Optics and Electro-Optics Standards Council (OEOSC).
