Water supply - Specification for indirectly heated unvented (closed) storage water heaters
This document lays down the requirements for design engineering and performance and testing procedures for indirect (indirect) heated, unventilated (closed) storage water heaters up to 2 000 l volume suitable for connection to a water supply system at a pressure between 0.05 MPa and 1.0 MPa (0.5 bar and 10 bar) and equipped with control and safety devices designed to not exceed 95 °C in the temperature of the stored drinking water. Although this document does not cover storage water heaters primarily intended for direct heating, it allows the provision of electrical heating elements for auxiliary purposes.
