Laminate floor coverings - Elements with acrylic based surface layer, electron beam cured - Specifications, requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies properties, requirements and test methods for laminate flooring with an acrylic-based electron beam hardened top layer as defined in 3.1 and 3.2. It contains a classification system based on EN ISO 10874 with practical requirements for specific areas of use and load classes. This serves to show in which areas laminate flooring can be used satisfactorily, as well as to enable the consumer to make an informed selection. It also lays down requirements for labelling and packaging. Laminate flooring is generally intended for floating laying in the "residential" and "commercial" applications, including use in residential kitchens.
