Aerospace series - Quality Management Systems - Nonconformance Data Definition and Documentation
This document defines the general definition of non-conformity data and their documentation, which must be exchanged between internal/external suppliers or sub-suppliers and the customer if the information on non-compliance requires a formal decision. Where contractually stipulated, the requirements - in part or in full - shall apply if the owner or operator is notified of a product non-conformity as a user of the final product (e..B. engine, aircraft, spacecraft, helicopter). The communication of non-conformity data by electronic or conventional means by means of paper is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective contract.
