Industrial valves - Diaphragm valves of thermoplastics materials (ISO 16138:2006 + Amd 1:2019) (consolidated version)
This International Standard defines the requirements for the design, functional features and manufacture of thermoplastic diaphragm valves for shut-off and control, as well as their connection to the piping system, housing materials and pressure/temperature assignments between -40 °C and +120 °C, for a service life of 25 years. It also lays down the appropriate examinations. This international standard applies to hand- and force-operated fittings that are installed in industrial piping systems, regardless of the application area and the medium to be transported.
