This document specifies the application of ISO/IEC 27701 in a European context. This document is applicable to the same entities as in ISO/IEC 27701: all types and sizes of organizations, including public and private companies, public bodies and non-profit organizations, acting as data controllers and/or processors within the framework of an ISMS (Information Security Management System). process.
