CTFA Technical Guidelines - Safety Guidelines

The CTFA Safety Evaluation Guidelines provide manufacturers of cosmetic, toiletry and fragrance products guidance in the use of pre-clinical and clinical safety testing as a means to substantiate the safety of both ingredients and finished cosmetic products.
